This is part 1 of a 4-part series for center directors, meeting 12-2 p.m. on Feb. 1, March 1, April 12, and May 3. (8 STARS hours upon completion of all 4 required sessions.) Administrators often have an impression that things are going well or not so well at their center, but they lack specific information on which areas of the program contribute to those impressions. This series looks closely at how ten dimensions of climate help shape the quality of work life for staff. Through thought-provoking questions and activities, you'll learn how to assess the climate of your program, consider the unique role perspective plays in shaping work attitudes and behavior, and how to implement specific strategies to create a great place to work. This $80 class is offered to directors at Early Achievers sites for $40, due to regional grant funding through Early Achievers.
