This is part 1 of a 4-part series for center directors or assistants, meeting 12-2 p.m. on Jan. 11, Feb. 8, March 8, and April 12. (8 STARS hours upon completion of all 4 required sessions.) The frenetic pace that characterizes the professional lives of most early childhood directors leaves little time for reflection. Yet it is through reflection that educators often gain insight into the issues and problems that confront them. This session provides a focused opportunity for participants to reflect on their adminstrative roles. Key to this reflective journey will be the use of metaphoric imagery. This $80 class is offered to directors at Early Achiever sites for $40, due to regional grant funding through Early Achievers. Don't delay!
