Policies and Privacy

Child Care Action Council is committed to providing you with the highest possible standard of service. The following policies were designed to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site, products and services.

Professional Development and Class Policies:

Tuition must be paid at least 48 hours in advance. Payments will not be accepted at class. If there are not at least five paid registrations one week prior to the class date, classes will be cancelled. 
Late Arrival Policy
Arrive early to minimize disruptions, to respect the trainer’s plan for the class and to make sure certificates are issued fairly. Those arriving 15 minutes late will not receive certificates or refunds. In most cases, the door will be locked at this time.
No Child Care Available
Our classes are designed for adults, so please, for the comfort of everyone, do not bring children.
Class Cancellation & CCAC Office Closure
Class cancellations will be posted on the website. CCAC staff also attempts to call or email all class registrants in the case of cancellation. Five people must be paid and registered 48 hours in advance of the class or it will be canceled. CCAC follows the office closure guidelines of North Thurston School District. If they announce school closures or delayed openings, CCAC offices will be closed or delayed in opening.
Refund Policy
For a full refund, you must call our Provider Services line at 360-754-0817 and cancel your registration by 12:00 p.m. the day before your class. If calling after hours, or you reach a voicemail, leave your name, phone number, the class title and the class date. There are no refunds for cancellations after the noon deadline. If a class is cancelled by CCAC or is rescheduled to a date you cannot attend, you will receive a full refund.
