Our Early Learning Centers

Our centers provide free or low-cost preschool for families who qualify for financial assistance through ECEAP (Early Childhood Education Assistance Program). We offer low-income families:

  • Highly qualified staff to help children prepare for kindergarten
  • Health & developmental screenings
  • Family engagement & parent education
  • Nutritious meals & field trips

Currently, Child Care Action Council operates two ECEAP locations in partnership with Capital Region Educational Service District 113, Sound to Harbor Early Learning Programs, and the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families:

We're open Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm.

Class times:

AM class, room 1 (Monday – Thursday,  8:00am - 11:00am)

AM class, room 2 (Monday – Thursday, 9:15am - 12:15pm)

PM class, room 1 (Monday – Thursday, 11:45am - 2:45pm)

PM class, room 2 (Monday – Thursday, 1:00pm - 4:00pm)

Financial requirements:

This center serves only low-income families. Call 360-412-4897 or 360-464-6800 to find out if you qualify.

Transportation:

School bus transportation is available. Call the center to find out more about routes.
